Folkus Fans!
This Friday, November 16, at 8 o'clock, Ryan Fitzsimmons with Greg
Klyma and Tom Bianchi perform at May Memorial.
Known for his high octane performances, Boston-based singer/
songwriter Ryan Fitzsimmons brings his impassioned vocals and
innovative guitar work back to his hometown. Drawing from a wide
range of influences, from Peter Mulvey to Richard Thompson to Johnny
Cash, he paints moving, moody portraits buoyed by exciting and
intelligent guitar arrangements. The lyrics of his songs, rich in
imagery and emotion, run the emotional gambit with gentle, poetic
details and the in-your-face realism of a bar fight. Fitzsimmons is
the kind of musician who impresses immediately.
COME EARLY TO THE CONCERT THIS FRIDAY
